- A new leak appears to have revealed color options for the OnePlus 9 and 9 Pro.
- The 9 Pro would come in green, while the 9 would come in blue and purple.
- There are no antenna bands on the regular 9, but it’s not clear what material OnePlus is using.
There’s less and less mystery to the OnePlus 9 series every day, but that isn’t stopping a flurry of leaks ahead of its March 23 debut. The WinFuture team has obtained what it says are official images of both the OnePlus 9 and 9 Pro, and they appear to offer a good look at the colors you’ll choose from when the phones go on sale.
You’ll get decidedly different colors for the OnePlus 9 series than you saw with the 8 and 8T, provided the leak is accurate. Both 9 phones would be available in black, but that’s about all they’d share in common. The OnePlus 9 Pro would be available in silver and an iPhone 11 Pro-style forest green (shown at left), while the standard 9 would ship in a baby blue and a Galaxy S21-like purple (right).

Beyond the colors, the leak seems to validate previous 9 series rumors as well a OnePlus’ own teasers. Both devices would sport Hasselblad-badged cameras, including large primary and ultra-wide sensors. The 9 Pro might include laser autofocus to provide speedier lock-ons. This higher-end phone would center around a 6.7-inch curved display, while its regular counterpart would rely on a 6.5-inch flat panel.
There don’t seem to be antenna lines on the ‘entry’ OnePlus 9, although it’s not clear if this hints at a plastic frame or just clever design.
Pricing and release dates aren’t yet available, although history suggests OnePlus will start selling the 9 series in all colors soon after the March 23 event. Just don’t be surprised if you have to buy a certain configuration to get the shade you want.
