CLEVELAND, Ohio — In the video above, catch your first glimpse of the Browns rookies and undrafted free agents practicing on the first day of rookie minicamp.
Second-round linebacker Jeremiah Owusu-Koramoah got plenty of one-on-one time with the coaches because fifth-round linebacker Tony Fields will miss a few weeks with a foot injury. Owusu-Koramoah worked at weakside linebacker and dropped back in coverage a lot.
Because there were only 18 players on hand, the practice consisted of individual drills and a walk-through.
Receiver Anthony Schwartz got in a lot of good work along with former Buckeye receiver Johnnie Dixon, who’s here on a try out basis, and first-round cornerback Greg Newsome took his first steps for making a big impact as a rookie.
