A: Yes! Through continued collaboration with the NFL, state and local public health and government officials, the Seahawks have received approval to host fans in full capacity at Lumen Field for the 2021 season.
Q: Will I be required to be vaccinated or wear a mask to attend a Seahawks game for the 2021 season?
A: The Seahawks will continue to follow all NFL, state and local public health and government guidelines for outdoor sporting events. Washington state’s reopening guidelines for outdoor sporting events do not require that fan vaccination status be verified in order to attend a game. Per state policy, fans who are vaccinated will not be required to wear masks. Unvaccinated fans will be required to wear masks. We encourage all fans to support our community by getting vaccinated!
Q: What is the refund policy for single game ticket purchases through Ticketmaster?
A: If a game is cancelled and is not rescheduled within 30 days, is moved to a new location, or if capacities are limited or prohibit fans from attending, ticket holders will receive a refund for the ticket purchase price. You can review Ticketmaster’s full COVID-19 refund policy online. If you resell your tickets through the NFL Ticket Exchange, the funds will process through to your account only after the game kicks off in order to protect both the buyer and seller in the event of any schedule or capacity changes.
Q: I’m Canadian, and the border still isn’t open. What’s the latest? Can I get a refund?
A: We are continuing to monitor the status of the USA-Canada border and are aware of the recent closure extension. While we are hopeful that the border will reopen prior to the start of the Seahawks season, we understan
d the July 15th final payment deadline is approaching. We will remain in contact with our Canadian season ticket holders to provide flexible payment options in the coming weeks.
Q: Will fans be allowed at Training Camp this year?
An announcement on fan attendance at training camp is expected to be made in mid-July.
