A San Antonio Spurs Post Draft Lottery News Update – Pounding The Rock

The Spurs didn’t receive a lucky bounce of the ping pong balls in last night’s lottery, and as expected, landed the 12th overall pick in the 2021 NBA Draft. Although there will be plenty of promising prospects available in that range, San Antonio has much to consider in the coming weeks.

Not only does head coach Gregg Popovich have an NBA organization to run, but he’ll be in charge of managing Team USA at the 2020 Olympics in Tokyo. As if there wasn’t already enough on his plate, Pop must also consider how to replace Becky Hammon should she depart this summer.
