The Android 12-based One UI 4.0 beta update is live in several markets. Samsung went ahead and launched the beta program for the Galaxy S21 series earlier today, and with it come numerous changes. Some additions are a part of One UI 4.0, while others are attributed to the Android 12 OS update itself.
In our previous One UI 4.0 beta hands-on video on SamMobile TV, we talked about 18 new changes versus One UI 3.1. As promised, we continued spending time with One UI 4.0 beta, and we’re ready to talk more about all the new changes and features.
But before we do, here’s a quick reminder that One UI 4.0 beta is available in Korea, Europe (Germany), and the USA as of this writing. In addition, China, India, Poland, and the UK are all on the list and should be joining the beta program soon. Where available, you can join the beta program with your Galaxy S21 using the Samsung Members app. You’ll find more details here.
And now, without further ado, here are over 60 new features we spotted while using One UI 4.0 beta on the Galaxy S21 so far. From new camera zoom animations to additional quick toggles, improvements to Samsung Keyboard and Always On Display, the Android 12-based One UI 4.0 beta update is peppered with all sorts of features and quality of life improvements. Enjoy!
