Sunday the Seattle Seahawks host the Tennessee Titans in Week 2 of the 2021 NFL season in what will be the first game at Lumen Field in front of fans since the loss to the San Francisco 49ers in Week 17 of the 2019 season.
When the Hawks take the field they are likely to be without two of their highly drafted offensive weapons in 2021 second round wide receiver Dee Eskridge and 2018 first round running back Rashaad Penny. The fact that those two have been listed as doubtful and will likely miss the game is not a surprise. However, following the team surprise addition of offensive linemen Damien Lewis and Jamarco Jones to the Thursday injury report, fans were on edge awaiting news on their status Friday.
The update has now been made.
#Seahawks have two starters and key DT questionable to play Sunday vs Titans: CB D.J. Reed, LG Damien Lewis, DT Bryan Mone.
That could be some issues. Will ask Pete Carroll for more info at the top of the hour, following practice.

As a reminder, in NFL terminology, Questionable means it is a fifty-fifty proposition as to whether the player will take the field. So, there are apparently legitimate doubts about Lewis playing at left guard Sunday against the Titans.
However, just to make things as Seahawky as possible, the Hawks have also listed both Bryan Mone and D.J. Reed as Questionable as well, neither of which is very reassuring.
