Seahawks Injury Updates Ahead Of Their Week 2 Game vs. The Tennessee Titans – Seahawks.com

The Seahawks host the Titans on Sunday in their home-opener—not to mention first home game with fans since the end of the 2019 season—and should have most of their roster available, though there are some injury concerns heading into the weekend.

Rookie receiver Dee Eskridge (concussion) and running back Rashaad Penny (calf) are both listed as doubtful after not practicing throughout the week, so it’s unlikely either of them is available.

Three players are listed as questionable, starting left cornerback D.J. Reed (calf) and starting left guard Damien Lewis (groin), as is defensive tackle Bryan Mone (elbow) a key part of the defensive line rotation.

Reed was able to practice Friday, albeit on a limited basis, and Carroll said Reed is likely to play.

“That just showed up during the week, and he practiced today,” Carroll said. “So we’re in pretty good shape there.”

Lewis, who first appeared on the injury report Thursday with a groin injury, has not practiced the last two days, but Carroll said, “He’s looking good. He had a good day today.”

Mone was limited in practice Friday, and is hoping to be available after recording a career-high five tackles last week.

“He’s doing well,” Carroll said. “He’s really chomping at the bit to play. We’ll see how he does.”
