From Spider Man Miles Morales to the excellent Ratchet & Clank, Best Buy is having a mega-sale on PS5 games with prices starting as low as $29. Titles on sale include Returnal, Death Stranding, Destruction AllStars, and more. The retailer also has a few PS5 accessories on sale from $29.
PS5 video game sale: deals from $29 @ Best Buy
The SanDisk Extreme Portable SSD is the best budget PS5 drive you’ll find and sits high on our list of the best PS5 external hard drives. Sure, you can find cheaper HDDs, but this SSD shines when it comes to transferring PS5 games back and forth. In our testing, the Extreme Portable SSD moved Returnal from the PS5 in only 7 minutes and 12 seconds, while Mass Effect Andromeda took only 2:06. Furthermore, Mass Effect Andromeda took only 36 seconds to load, which is faster than the PS5’s internal SSD! All capacities are on sale at B&H.
SanDisk 500GB Extreme SSD: was $149 now $87 @ B&H Photo
Well, here’s something I wasn’t expecting to see today. For its members only, Costco has a PS5 bundle in stock for $729. It includes an extra DualSense controller, Sony Pulse Wireless Headset, 12-month PlayStation Membership, and 1 month PlayStation Now subscription. If you’re a Costco member, hurry before this sells out!
PS5 bundle: $729 @ Costco
Yes, it’s wired, but if you’re on a tight budget and need a new headset — the SteelSeries Arctis 1 is one of the best around. In our review, we called the Arctis 1 “the best gaming headset you can get for $50.” It handles both music and games with aplomb, and it’s comfortable to wear, even though the fit isn’t always perfect. By comparison, Amazon has it on sale for $48 and Best Buy has it for $42.
SteelSeries Arctis 1 Wired Headset: was $49 now $34 @ GameStop
Deals on Sony’s DualSense controller are very rare, which is why we’re psyched about this bundle. Currently, you can get the DualSense with three MyTEAM Packs for NBA2K21 on sale for $54. You’ll also get 2,500 MyTEAM points included in the bundle. Heads up that this has been coming in and out of stock, but there’s a similar deal for the DualSense 4 with a FIFA 21 digital download for $64.
DualSense Controller w/ NBA 2K21 Bundle: was $69 now $54 @ Sony
During the Black Friday weekend, several members of the Tom’s Guide team ended up reminiscing over their favorite Skyrim memories. This conversation has got me itching to replay the legendary fantasy RPG over the holiday season, and considering the game just got a shiny new native PS5 edition the timing couldn’t be better.
If you’re also keen to return to the frosty land of Skyrim, or visit for the very first time, Skyrim Special Edition is $16 at Walmart. That’s a steal for a game with hundreds of hours of content. This deal is on the PS4 version but you get a free upgrade to the PS5 port, and for an extra $20 can upgrade to the newly-released Anniversary Edition which offers a lead of new Creation Club content.
Skyrim Special Edition: was $59 now $16 @ Walmart
Fun fact, I’m a pretty big sports fan. While soccer will always be my favorite sport, lately I’ve been enjoying watching the NBA. That’s thanks in large part to playing NBA 2K22, which is one of the most spookily accurate virtual recreations of a real-life sport I’ve ever seen. Sometimes when I’m playing and my partner actually thinks I’m watching a real basketball game. If you want to see just how scarily good this sports game looks, NBA 2K22 is currently $26 at Amazon. That’s a massive $43 off its usual price of $69.
NBA 2K22: was $69 now $26 @ Amazon
If you’re still on the hunt for a PS5 ahead of the holiday season, make sure you’ve registered for an invitation to Sony Direct’s invite-only PS5 restock events. These have been happening regularly throughout 2021, but for much of the year actually scoring an invitation was quite confusing. It required you to be signed up for a mailing list and then keep your fingers crossed to be selected.
In October, Sony switched things up and started allowing anyone with a PSN account to register their interest in buying a console. Being signed up isn’t a guarantee that you’ll get an invitation, but these restocks often represent one of the best ways to score a console. We strongly advise getting your name in the hat as soon as possible.
The last Sony Direct PS5 restock was more than a week ago on November 22, so we’re expecting the next one to be just around the corner. You better get signed up as it could be sooner rather than later.
If you’re looking to score some digital games for your PS5 (or PS4) then you’ve picked a great time to be shopping as the PlayStation Store has just launched its massive End of Year Deals promotion which is slashing up to 75% off a whole load of games, bundles and DLC packs.
There are literally hundreds of games in this sale, so if you’ve been waiting for a discount on a particular game there’s a good chance it could be included in this sale. I’ve picked out a few of my favorite titles below, but you can browse the full selection right here.
Soul Calibur VI Deluxe Edition: was $89 now $9 @ PlayStation Store
Resident Evil 2: was $39 now $15 @ PlayStation Store
Planet Coaster Console Edition: was $49 now $22 @ PlayStation Store
Kingdom Come Deliverance Royal Edition: was $39 now $9 @ PlayStation Store
Ni No Kuni Wrath of the White Witch Remaster: was $49 now $12 @ PlayStation Store
There’s been a lot of talk about Cyberpunk 2077 lately. We all know about the game’s rocky launch, but over the last year the team at CD Projekt Red has worked hard to patch the game and it’s finally starting to resemble the high-quality action RPG we all thought we were getting in late 2020.
With a suped-up PS5 version slated for the first quarter of 2022, now is the perfect time to score the PS4 version for cheap (you get a free next-gen upgrade). In steps GameStop, right now you can score Cyberpunk 2077 for $19 at the gaming retailer.
I’d recommend buying now and then waiting to play next Spring when the native next-gen version launches. That’s what I’m doing.
Cyberpunk 2077: was $59 now $19 @ GameStop
Well folks, it’s 9 a.m. ET and there’s been no PS5 restock at Target. At this point, we can pretty confidently say that the retailer won’t be holding its “biggest restock in 2021” today. That’s frustrating, but don’t worry we’ll be keeping a close eye on Target for the rest of the week and will keep our PS5 restock hub updated with the latest news as we get it. There is also the possibility that a retailer like Best Buy, Amazon or Sony Direct may surprise us with a PS5 restock out of the blue at some point today, we’ll keep you posted on this live blog if the situation changes.
I’m constantly looking for games to play with my non-gaming partner, so this deal has definitely caught my attention. Charming co-op platformer Sackboy: A Big Adventure is $29 at Walmart. That’s a massive 50% off its regular price of $59.
I’ve not played this one personally, but I’ve heard plenty of good things about it from colleagues. I also really enjoyed the LittleBigPlanet series back in the day so I’m certainly up for a brand new adventure with the adorably stitched-together hero. If Walmart sells out the same discount is being offered by Amazon as well.
Sackboy: A Big Adventure: was $59 now $29 @ Walmart
I’m going to highlight a deal on a slightly more unique game, Death Stranding. This PlayStation console exclusive comes from the mind of Hideo Kojima and takes place in a post-apocalyptic world where you must reconnect shattered communities as futuristic deliveryman Sam Bridges.
It’s perhaps not a game that will appeal to everyone, but I love how unique and different Death Stranding is. I was thrilled when the game was ported over to the PS5 earlier this year with extra content, some tweaked gameplay mechanics and even better visuals. If you fancy giving it a try, Death Stranding Director’s Cut is $39 at Amazon. That’s a healthy $10 off its usual $49 retail price.
Death Stranding Director’s Cut: was $49 now $39 @ Amazon
We’re approaching 8 a.m. ET with no sign of a PS5 restock at Target. While Target has restocked between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m. ET in the past, the majority of its drops have come in the two hours before. At this point Target holding its rumored biggest PS5 restock of 2021 today seems unlikely, but we’re still keeping tabs on the retailer just in case. Don’t give up hope regardless, it seems almost certain that Target will take fresh orders of the console at some point this week.

Earlier this year my PS5 hard drive was getting dangerously full and as someone that hates having to regularly delete/redownload games, this was becoming a big problem. Thankfully Sony unlocked the PS5’s SSD expansion slot in a system update over the summer and so I immediately ordered a WD_Black SN850 SSD in order to boost my console’s internal storage capacity.
The installation process was super straightforward and I’ve been really pleased with the overall results. Now my console now has a very roomy 1.6TBs of storage, compared to the roughly 600GB of usable storage that comes as standard with the PS5.
If you want some extra storage space yourself, Amazon still has the WD_Black 500GB SN850 SSD w/ heatsink for $140. That’s $59 off its regular price of $199. The 1TB model is also on sale, right now the WD_Black 1TB SN850 SSD w/heatsink is $249 at Amazon, that’s $30 off.

We’re still monitoring Target very closely for any signs of a PS5 restock but in the meantime let’s look at some Cyber Monday PS5 deals that haven’t ended quite yet. I’m a big fan of getting bang for my buck, and Assassin’s Creed Valhalla definitely offers just that.
The open-world action RPG easily contains more than 100 hours of worthwhile content. I spent dozens of hours roaming the English countryside raiding forts and discovering hidden treasures last winter. We’ve seen the standard game go on sale plenty of times over the last few months but right now Best Buy has Assassin’s Creed Valhalla Gold Edition for $49. That’s a massive $60 off its usual price of $109.
The Gold Edition includes not only a snazzy steelbook but also the season pass which gives you access to two meaty expansions, Wraith of the Druids and The Siege of Paris. That’s so much content that you’ll probably still be playing Valhalla come Cyber Monday 2022.
Assassin’s Creed Valhalla Gold Edition: was $109 now $49 @ Best Buy
Let’s switch back to the current restock situation for a minute. We’re still waiting for Target to hold its biggest PS5 restock of the year. The initial talk of this massive drop came from Jake Randall, who has extremely dependable sources at the retailer, so the odds of this PS5 restock coming to fruition are pretty high but do note it’s not officially confirmed.
We don’t have any exact date/time information, but looking at previous Target restocks we can safely presume it’ll take place between 6 a.m. and 9 a.m. ET and is most likely to occur on Wednesday/Thursday/Friday. Nevertheless, this Target PS5 restock could still take place today so we’re watching the retailer like a hawk just in case.

Here’s a PS5 game that’s actually now even cheaper than it was over Cyber Monday. Marvel’s Avengers is just $9 at Amazon. It was $14 yesterday. This co-op action game didn’t get the warmest reception at launch but for less than $10 it’s very much worth considering even just for the enjoyable main campaign alone. Plus, a slew of free content and playable heroes have been added to the game over the last 12 months.
This deal is very well timed as Spider-Man is due to be added to Marvel’s Avenger in a free update later today. The web-slinger will be exclusive to PlayStation consoles, and as a huge Spidey fan, I can’t wait to check out his move set and start unlocking as many alternative costumes as possible.
Marvel’s Avengers: was $59 now $9 @ Amazon
Hello, Rory Mellon here. I’m back again to take over this Cyber Monday PS5 live blog. The day itself is now in the rearview mirror, but that doesn’t mean there aren’t still plenty of excellent deals on PS5 games and accessories that are worth securing as we move into the holiday season.
We’re also continuing to closely monitor retailers for any PS5 restocks today. As we only saw drops at Walmart and GameStop on Cyber Monday we’re definitely expecting to see a few in the coming days. Target, Sony Direct and Amazon all seem like Prime candidates for a PS5 restock in the near future. We’ll bring you further restocks updates as we get them.
There’s still no sign of a PS5 restock happening tonight, but just in case we’ll keep our eye on all the major retailers until the wee hours.
In the meantime, consider taking advantage of some of the remaining Cyber Monday deals to improve your home entertainment setup. We’ve recommended a few deals on LG’s OLED TVs this weekend, but if you haven’t seen it yet don’t miss your chance to buy a 65-inch LG C1 OLED at Amazon for $1,796. That’s $700 off, and one of the lowest prices we’ve ever seen on this TV.
I know, because I bought this exact model for myself earlier this year. I paid a bit more than you will if you get in on this deal, but it was worth it because now everything I do on my TV looks amazing. Movies and TV look fantastic on the 65-inch 4K OLED display, while games look great and play well thanks to its 120Hz refresh rate, HDR support, and 1ms lag time. There’s still a month left, but I feel pretty confident in saying this TV is the best thing I bought all year — and right now you can get it at an excellent discount.
65-inch LG C1 OLED TV: was $2,499 now $1,796 @ Amazon
While we’re waiting to see where the next PS5 restock will be, why not take advantage of the final few hours of Cyber Monday sales by stocking up on PlayStation Store credit?
Right now you can still get a $100 PlayStation Store Gift Card for $90 at Amazon. That’s essentially a free $10 to buy digital games on a PlayStation console. If you or someone you love owns a PS5, this is a great gift idea.
If you’re buying one for yourself and are willing to redeem the code immediately, there’s still a few hours left to take advantage of the PlayStation Store’s massive Black Friday sale which slashes up to 60% off game prices, including PlayStation 5 exclusives like Returnal and Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart.
$100 PlayStation Store Gift Card: was $100 now $90 @ Amazon
Cyber Monday is slowly winding down and here’s a quick debriefing on where restocks stand. Walmart’s Cyber Monday restock is done and over. Target was rumored to have restock today, but this late in the day — it’s a stretch and very unlikely. (Target restocks always occur in the morning before 9am ET).
The only retailer I’d keep an eye on these next few hours is Amazon. On Prime Day, Amazon closed off its retail holiday with an unannounced PS5 drop. There’s a small chance it could do the same today. Should a restock occur, it’ll likely be for Prime members only, so you’ll need to sign into your account. My gut says Sony Direct might pull an unannounced drop today (they’ve been abnormally quiet), but that’s a reallllll stretch this late in the day. That said, there’s a link below just in case!
PS5: for $499 @ Amazon (check stock)
PS5 Digital: for $399 @ Amazon (check stock)
PS5 Digital: for $499 @ Sony Direct (check stock)
Cyber Monday is winding down, as is 2021. And it looks like Sony is putting on another sale to send off the year.
Right now, the PlayStation Store has 878 items on sale as part of its End of Year sale with some being up to 75% off. You can couple these deals with the $100 PlayStation Store gift card deal for $90 to get some extra value. Many of the games for sale are on PS4, with a few being for PS5. Remember, the PS5 is backwards compatible with PS4 titles.
We’ve noted a few highlights below:
Hi, this is Imad, the news editor here at Tom’s Guide. I’m going to be keeping an eye on any PS5 drops and other related deals for the next hour or so.
While there isn’t news of a new drop yet, there are still sales happening this Cyber Monday that are worth paying attention to.
Right now, Walmart has the 48″ LG OLED C1 on sale for $1,096. That’s $300 off the regular retail price.
While the LG A1 OLED is also on sale at various retailers, we think the C1 is the better buy, especially for PS5. Underneath, both televisions use an LG OLED 4K panel, but the image processing units are different. The A1 uses a lesser a7 Gen4 processor whereas the C1 is using the a9. This nets the C1 a higher refresh display at 120Hz, which is great for gaming on PS5. Not only that, it has four HDMI ports as opposed to three, and stronger speakers.
Larger C1 OLEDs are also on sale at Walmart, so be sure to check out this page and choose the one that’s right for you.
LG OLED C1: was $1,296 now $1,096
So you managed to score a PS5 and now you’re looking for a new TV. Well, this deal is just for you. Walmart has the TCL 65-inch 6-Series 4K TV on sale for $898. This is one of the best 4K gaming TVs you can buy. In our review, we called it the best TV value of 2020 and especially liked it for its gaming performance.
TCL 65″ 4K Mini-LED QLED Roku TV: was $1,299 now $898 @ Walmart
Here’s a small tip if you’ve had no luck with PS5 restocks. Every now and then, Sony will hold invite-only PS5 restocks. The invites usually go out the evening before a restock. (And the link only works for the person who receives the invite). Sony opened up its registrations to the general public last month and it’s still accepting registrations. Now, keep in mind that signing up doesn’t guarantee you’ll get an invite from Sony. But it could possibly work to your advantage. You can sign up via the link below.
We covered this deal earlier, but this Editor’s Choice game merits another shout out. In our review, we deemed Returnal the best reason to own a PS5. The game stands shoulder-to-shoulder with PlayStation exclusives like God of War and Ghost of Tsushima, and it’s the first must-play title of the new console generation. At this price, there’s no reason for you not to add it to your library.
Returnal: was $69 now $49 @ Amazon
Far Cry 6 offers all of the excellent gunplay and exploration that we’ve come to love from the franchise. The first person shooter takes place in the fictional Caribbean island of Yara, a gorgeous-but-antiquated island that’s bought to life with excellent attention to detail. As freedom fighter Dani Rojas you must lead a modern-day guerrilla revolution to liberate the island of Yara from the oppression of ruthless dictator Anton Castillo. Fun and filled with tons of action, the game is on sale at its lowest price to date.
Far Cry 6: was $59 now $35 @ Amazon
The Samsung T5 SSD is one of the best PS5 external hard drives you can buy. As part of it’s Cyber Monday sales, Amazon is dropping the price of the 2TB drive down to $199, which is its lowest price to date. We liked this drive for its rapid transfer speeds. It was able to copy Returnal in just 7 minutes, whereas copying Mass Effect: Andromeda took only 2 minutes and 30 seconds.
Samsung T5 Portable 2TB SSD: was $279 now $199 @ Amazon
Hey, all! Deals editor Louis here highlighting some of the best Cyber Monday PS5 deals out now. So my speciality is PS5 restocks. I’ve been tracking them for over a year now and I know all the tips and tricks that work/don’t work. Today’s PS5 restock from Walmart is over, but it’s Cyber Monday and anything goes. That means we could see one more restock before the day is over. My guess would be Sony Direct, Best Buy, or Amazon. (Amazon ended its Prime Day this summer with a surprise unannounced restock). I’ll be sure to sound the alarms should I spot or hear of a restock.
In the meantime, here’s a PS5 video game sale that’s pretty epic at Amazon. It has a mix of new titles and some older titles on sale from as low as $14.
PS5 video game sale: deals from $14 @ Amazon
Ghost of Tsushima Director’s Cut on PS5 is a fantastic update to the incredible PS4 original. This edition features enhanced graphics, higher frame rates, an all-new story expansion and loads of new in-game items. As we said in our review, this is the definitive edition of Sucker Punch’s instant classic.
Some people balked at the game’s original $70 price, saying it wasn’t worth it. Considering you get an entirely new map, storyline and items, we have to disagree. The higher resolution textures and smoother frame rate are simply icing on the proverbial cake. Besides the enhancements and add-ons, Ghost of Tsushima is a brilliant game on its own. It truly makes you feel like you’re in an old-school Akira Kurosawa samurai epic. This is a must-own title.
Ghost of Tsushima Director’s Cut: was $70 now $49
The PS5 is a great system but it doesn’t have a lot of SSD storage. If you’re a regular user, you’ve no doubt gotten used to deleting games you’ve beaten in order to play new titles. You’ll now be able to stop that particular dance by upgrading your internal storage with this great deal.
You can get the XPG 1TB GAMMIX S70 Blade with Heatsink for $129. Considering how competitors’ prices hover around the $250 range, you’re saving a lot of money here. This deal will not last long so you’d better act fast.
XPG 15 Gammix S70 with Heatsink: currently $129 @ Amazon
The Last of Us 2 was released over a year ago and is still discussed within the gaming community. That’s all well and good but we shouldn’t forget that the original is an incredible experience in its own right. If you’ve somehow missed out on The Last of Us train ride, you can now see what the fuss is about by getting the first game at a discount.
The Last of Us Remastered on PS4 is normally $19 but is on sale today for $9. The game takes place several years after a viral infection turned a large portion of humanity into rampaging monsters. Those who remain must not only contend with the zombie-like horrors but with other humans who are also trying to survive. This entry is arguably the finished work released by Naughty Dog Studios.
The Last of Us Remastered: was $19 now $9
The PS5 restock is live right now! Click here for the standard PS5 for $499 and the PS5 digital for $399. You can also get the Xbox Series X for $499. You’ll need a paid Walmart Plus membership to make this purchase. Hurry before they sell out!
Racing games are more immersive when using a gaming racing wheel. These peripherals can get expensive given all the technology they pack under the proverbial hood. Thankfully, you can get this Logitech gaming racing wheel for a reduced price.
The Logitech G29 Driving Force racing wheel for PS5 makes games likes Gran Turismo, Need for Speed and more come to life with precise handling and responsive pedals. A new Gran Turismo is due to arrive in 2022 so now is the best time to pick up this gaming racing wheel.
Logitech G29 Driving Force: was $399 now $243 @ Amazon
The PS5 restock is live right now! Click here for the standard PS5 for $499 and the PS5 digital for $399. You can also get the Xbox Series X for $499. You’ll need a paid Walmart Plus membership to make this purchase. Hurry before they sell out!
It’s not just games that are discounted in the extensive range of Cyber Monday PS5 deals, a good headset is another console essential that you can get for cheap in the annual sales event. Right now, the SteelSeries Arctis 7 Wireless Headset is $121 at Best Buy. That’s a healthy $28 off the usual $149 price. Okay, so even with a reduced price tag this headset probably shouldn’t be labeled as “cheap” but the Arctis 7 definitely qualifies as a seriously good headset with a sleek design, strong audio performance and 24-hour battery life on a single charge.
SteelSeries Arctis 7 Wireless Headset: was $149 now $121 @ Best Buy
As we wait for the midday Walmart PS5 restock, let’s take stock of the situation (as always, pun intended).
It’s been confirmed that Walmart will be holding a Cyber Monday PS5 restock at 12 p.m. ET. If you want to participate you will need a paid Walmart Plus membership. This comes after a small PS5 Digital Edition restock at GameStop earlier this morning. The retailer is now sold out of these packages but it could drop bundles with the regular PS5 console at some point today as well.
Otherwise, Target is highly unlikely to restock today as its usual drop window of 6 a.m. to 8 a.m. ET has now passed. Amazon or Best Buy could hold PS5 restocks for Cyber Monday, but neither has announced anything as of yet.
Planet Coaster is another game that I strongly recommend. In fact, it’s probably the PS5 launch game that I have sunk the most time into. It was developed by Frontier, the team responsible for the original Rollercoaster Tycoon trilogy, and if you’ve got nostalgia for those games you’ll love this seriously deep theme park simulator.
For Cyber Monday, Planet Coaster is $29 at Amazon. That’s a complete bargain for a game that offers so much depth that you convinceable play it for hundreds of hours. If the name didn’t give it away, Planet Coaster lets you construct your own amusement park and then take charge of its day-to-day running.
The highlight is definitely the extensive coaster builder which lets you create pulse-raising thrill rides as well as unsafe death traps that will have visitors to your park utterly terrified. The choice is yours.
Planet Coaster: was $49 now $29 @ Amazon
Seeing as tickets for Spider-Man: No Way Home went on sale today (I’ve got mine for opening night) this Cyber Monday PS5 deal feels very appropriately timed. Right now, Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales Ultimate Edition is $49 at Amazon. That’s a $20 drop from its original price.
This is actually two games in one, you get the full Spider-Man: Miles Morales game as well as Spider-Man Remastered, a suped-up version of the PS4 game from 2017. These are two of the best comic-book games ever made combining zippy gameplay with deeply engaging stories. As a massive Spidey fan myself, I thoroughly recommend both these games.
Marvel’s Spider-Man Miles Morales Ultimate Edition: was $59 now $49 @ Amazon
Let’s turn our attention to the Walmart PS5 restock scheduled for 12 p.m. ET. It’s important to note that priority access will be given to Walmart Plus members. This won’t be the first time the retailer has offered premium account holders first dibs on stock either.
During previous paywalled Walmart PS5 restocks the console has sold out to Plus members and never reached general sale. It’s highly likely that will be the case today as well. If you’re not already signed up, you can get a Walmart Plus membership for $12.95 a month or $98 a year ahead of the restock beginning.
There is a free 15-day trial of Walmart Plus available but the retailer is sneaky and blocks all accounts on this trial from partaking in PS5 restocks. If you want to score a console this Walmart Cyber Monday PS5 restock you need a paid Walmart Plus account.
Walmart Plus: $12.95 a month @ Walmart
Let’s face it, nobody likes paying for PlayStation Plus. It’s a bit buying car insurance, you need it but it’s one of the least fun ways to spend your money. That’s why I always wait till Cyber Monday to renew my PlayStation Plus subscription at a discount.
Right now you can get a PlayStation Plus 12-Month Subscription for $39 at Amazon. That’s $20 off the standard price of $60 for a year-long subscription. Don’t pass on this deal just because you’ve got time remaining on your membership either, you can stack multiple PlayStation Plus subscriptions.
I’ve used this deal to extend my PlayStation Plus membership all the way to 2024. Now I don’t need to worry about buying it again for literally years!
PlayStation Plus 12-Month Membership: was $59 now $39 @ Amazon
Here’s another excellent Cyber Monday PS5 deal, Demon’s Souls is $39 at Amazon. This from the ground-up remake of the PS3 original comes from Bluepoint games and invites you to return to the land of Boletaria in order to experience the original brutal challenge on PS5.
Definitely not one for players who give up easily, progression in Demon’s Souls can often feel impossible but stick with it and you’ll find one of the most rewarding games on PS5. It’s also stunningly beautiful and runs like a dream on the next-gen console.
Demon’s Souls: was $59 now $39 @ Amazon
GameStop appears to be sold out of its PS5 Digital Cyber Monday 2021 Bundle, however, it seems like the retailer isn’t done for the day. GameStop’s official Twitter account has posted that “a limited number of PS5 consoles bundles” will be available today.
Hey PowerUp Rewards Pros — starting now, we’ve got a limited number of PS5 console bundles available, and you get first crack at them here: https://t.co/EZxZkQ99DNMake sure you’re logged into your account and refresh the page of necessary. Good luck! pic.twitter.com/pdbSbd0mLZNovember 29, 2021
It’s only logical that the gaming retailer will also offer a bundle that contains the regular PS5 console with a disc drive at some point today. GameStop has also announced that PowerUp Reward Pro members will have early access to any bundles its offers today.
I have seen some reports of non-Pro members managing to buy a PS5 Digital Bundle earlier this morning, but I’d still recommend upgrading your GameStop account if you want the best possible chance of securing a PS5 console today.
PowerUp Reward Pro membership: from $15 @ GameStop
This is not a drill, the GameStop Cyber Monday 2021 PS5 Bundle is now live and available for purchase! The gaming retailer is now taking orders of the PS5 console, be quick if you want to secure yourself a machine. You don’t need to be a GameStop PowerUp Reward Pro member to purchase this bundle right now.
This bundle costs $724 and contains a PS5 Digital Edition console, additional DualSense controller, PowerA DualSense Charging Station, 12-Month PlayStation Plus membership, $100 PlayStation Store Gift Card and $100 GameStop Gift Card.
PS5 Digital Edition Cyber Monday 2021 Bundle: $724 @ GameStop
With the clock now ticking past 8 a.m. ET it’s now fairly unlikely that Target will hold a PS5 restock today. It’s certainly not impossible, but the retailer traditionally restocks between 6 a.m. and 9 a.m. ET and we’re now outside of that window.
I’m still keeping a close eye on Target just in case they have decided to switch things up for Cyber Monday, but the smart money would suggest that Target’s “biggest PS5 restock of 2021” will come later this week.
PS5: check stock @ Target
PS5 Digital: check stock @ Target
Here’s another fantastic Cyber Monday PS5 deal on one of the best PS5 games of the year: Guardians of the Galaxy is down to $26 at Amazon. That’s $33 off its regular retail price of $59, which is a very impressive discount considering it only launched last month.
Now, I’ll be honest with you all, I originally dismissed this game. I pre-judged thanks to my disappointment with 2020’s Marvel’s Avengers game, but don’t make the same mistake. Guardians of the Galaxy is a fantastic single-player adventure that takes players to visually stunning locations and features a highly compelling story.
Our reviewer felt the same way, he said: “Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy delivers a hard-rocking space adventure filled with thrilling action, captivating alien worlds and memorable characters.”

Looks like we can add GameStop to the list of retailers that will be celebrating Cyber Monday with a PS5 restock. The gaming specialty retailer has just added a brand new PS5 Digital Edition Cyber Monday 2021 Bundle to its website, a clear sign that a drop is forthcoming.
The exact timing of this PS5 restock is unknown (the bundle is currently listed as “not available”), but we can safely assume it’ll take place at some point today. The bundle in question costs $724 and contains a PS5 Digital Edition console, additional DualSense controller, PowerA DualSense Charging Station, 12-Month PlayStation Plus membership, $100 PlayStation Store Gift Card and $100 GameStop Gift Card.

Here’s a rare deal on PlayStation Store Digital Credit. Right now you can get a $100 PlayStation Store Gift Card for $90 at Amazon. That’s essentially a free $10 to buy digital games on your console.
This Cyber Monday PS5 deal is well-timed as the PlayStation Store is still running its massive Black Friday sale which slashes the price of games by up to 60%. My personal top picks of the hundreds of discounts are the super underrated Planet Coaster for $24 (was $49) and the legendary The Last of Us Part II for $19 (was $39).

We’re at the halfway mark in the usual Target PS5 restock window. So far no sign of PS5 stock, but we’re not giving up hope just yet. We’re remaining firmly locked to the retailer’s website and will update you if the situation changes.
Don’t get dispirited if ultimately Target doesn’t restock today, remember that Walmart has already confirmed that it will be holding a PS5 restock (and an Xbox Series X restock) at 12 p.m. ET today. You will need to be a Walmart Plus member to have access to these restocks though, so get signed up now.

Deathloop is a firm favorite of several Tom’s Guide staffers, including our very own Roland Moore-Colyer who ranks it as his top game of the year. If you’re out of the loop (pun intended), Deathloop casts you as smart-mouthed assassin Colt Vahn who is trapped in a Groundhog Day-style situation, forced to relive the same day over and over again on the mysterious island of Blackreef.
The only way to break out of the cycle is to kill eight highly guarded targets in a single day, while also avoiding a rival assassin who is hellbent on hunting Colt down. The game comes from Arkane the developer of Dishonored and Prey and marries explosive first-person gameplay with a heavily stylized world.
This is one time loop you’ll want to relive over and over again and right now Deathloop is just $29 at Best Buy. That’s a massive 50% discount on a game that was only released last month.

With one eye kept firmly on Target, let’s switch back to some excellent Cyber Monday PS5 deals that you can shop right now. Ratchet and Clank Up Your Arsenal on the PS2 was my favorite game as a kid, and the duo’s latest adventure Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart is just $49 at Amazon.
Our gaming editor, Marshall Honorof, is a huge fan of this game. In his review, he said: “Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart is the exclusive title the PS5 has been waiting for. With finely tuned gameplay, an ambitious story and terrific production values, it’s a high-water mark for the series.” Having also played it, that’s an assessment I thoroughly echo.

Let’s switch back to PS5 restocks for a moment. Over the weekend Jake Randall, a YouTuber and full-time stock tracker, claimed that Target is gearing up for its biggest restock of 2021 and that a Cyber Monday drop was a real possibility.
This is big news because Randall has extremely dependable Target sources. He’s previously called multiple restocks at the national retailer ahead of time. So, while a Target restock this week isn’t guaranteed, based on this trusted tip-off we’d definitely say it’s very likely.
Target typically restocks between 6 a.m. and 8 a.m. ET, which means that right now we’re in the Target PS5 restock window. We’re watching the site like a hawk and will update if/when the restock begins.

I’m the type of gamer who hates having to clear space on my hard drive, especially as I often rotate between a handful of games at a time (right now I’m balancing Far Cry 6, Battlefield 2042, Call of Duty: Vanguard, Chivalry II and Fall Guys).
That’s why when Sony unlocked the PS5’s SSD expansion slot in a system update this summer I immediately ordered myself a WD_Black SN850 SSD to boost my console’s internal storage. After installing the drive I was pretty surprised with the results, and you can read my full writeup if you want to see how the process went.
Right now the WD_Black 500GB SN850 SSD w/ heatsink is $140 at Amazon, that’s $59 off its usual retail price. Amazon is warning that stock is running low, so definitely order one quickly if you also detest having to delete and redownload games on your console.

While we wait for any PS5 restock updates, let’s look at some of the best PS5 deals currently available. Released back in April, Returnal is $49 at Amazon. That’s $20 off its regular price of $69, and one of the strongest Cyber Monday PS5 deals currently available.
In fact, Returnal is my personal game of the year. While the high level of difficulty might put some people off if you’re up to the challenge you’ll find a deeply rewarding roguelike that offers satisfying combat, beautiful visuals and the best use of the PS5’s DualSense controller to date.
I was fortunate enough to review the game if you want to read my full thought, but in summary, I said: “Returnal is an incredible experience, which combines a replayable rogue-lite structure with heart-pounding bullet-hell gameplay.”

Rory Mellon here, I’m a staff writer at Tom’s Guide and have been tracking PS5 restocks for a living for more than a year. I’ll be running this live blog throughout the day with a singular mission: to bring you up-to-the-minute PS5 restock updates and a selection of fantastic Cyber Monday PS5 deals.
Let’s start with a PS5 restock state of play. The good news is we already have a confirmed Cyber Monday PS5 restock at Walmart. The mega-retailer will be taking fresh orders of the console from 12 p.m. ET. This restock is exclusively for Walmart Plus members, so make sure your account is upgraded ahead of the drop.
This is currently the only guaranteed PS5 restock for Cyber Monday, but we’re hoping additional retailers will also offer the chance to score a console. Right now Target is looking the strongest bet with an extremely reliable source tipping the retailer for its biggest restock of 2021 at some point this week and Cyber Monday looks likely.
The likes of GameStop and Amazon could also hold PS5 restocks today. We’re keeping a close eye on every major retailer and will keep you updated as the day progresses.
Hello and welcome to Tom’s Guide Cyber Monday PS5 live blog.
Sony’s next-gen console continues to be one of the most in-demand items in tech, so it’s no surprise that PS5 deals have been some of the most popular discounts of the annual sales event.
While discounts on the best games and accessories for the console are much appreciated, the big-ticket item is of course the console itself. As expected, we’ve not seen any money off the PS5 console — but we are expecting at least some retailers to mark Cyber Monday with a PS5 restock.
If you’re still looking for a console, or just hoping to get your machine fully kitted out, then stick with this live blog as we’ll bring you regular PS5 restock updates, as well as all the best Cyber Monday PS5 deals available right now.
