“It was just fun because (Rodgers) was the best,” Urlacher said. “You knew you were going to get his best every week, and I felt like our defense gave him a hard time. I know he was great and he’s still great, but our defense gave him fits because we didn’t change. We ran Cover Two, we made them make plays to beat us. We didn’t give them any freebies. We did a pretty good job against the big plays. We would make them run it. We didn’t want Aaron to beat us — even though he did. It was just so fun. And between plays, he’s a blast. He’d talk to our whole defense, not just me, he’d talk to everybody. And not crap-talking. Just, ‘Hey, what’s going on?’ Nothing mean. Just talk. It was just fun, good, competitive banter.”
