What AFC Championship loss?
Chiefs stars Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce jetted off to Las Vegas to attend the Pro Bowl following last Sunday’s 27-24 loss to the Bengals in an overtime thriller.
The star quarterback and tight end were named to the AFC roster in December, in addition to offensive tackle Orlando Brown, defensive tackle Chris Jones, safety Tyrann Mathieu, and receiver Tyreek Hill.
Mahomes is joined in Vegas by his fiancée, Brittany Matthews, and brother Jackson Mahomes, or, as Pat McAfee called them on Monday’s show, “The tag team of insufferability,” in reference to their game-day actions.
Matthews and Jackson, who went viral this week after enjoying a mechanical bull ride with a Chiefs fan, appeared to enjoy a dinner Thursday at Carbone inside the Aria Hotel. The group also seemed to check out Vegas hotspots such as Delilah and Zouk Nightclub, according to Instagram posts.
In addition to Matthews — who is set to tie the knot with Mahomes at some point this year — Kelce’s longtime girlfriend, Kayla Nicole, joined the Sin City festivities. She and Matthews posed for a mirror selfie during one of their outings.
Matthews also shared an Instagram selfie with Mahomes, with whom she shares daughter Sterling. Earlier in the day, Matthews took the couple’s nearly 1-year-old daughter to the M&Ms store, where they checked out sweet treats.
The 2022 Pro Bowl kicks off Sunday afternoon.
