NASCAR starting positions for the main event at the LA Coliseum
Today, the NASCAR Cup Series takes on the 1/4-mile LA Coliseum. Four heat races and two LCQ races were run moments ago and set the starting grid for the Busch Light Blash.

Kyle Busch, Tyler Reddick, Justin Haley and Joey Logano won the four heat races earlier today. They’ll set the front two rows in the main event.
The highest finisher in points from 2021 who did not advance out of the heat directly had options. They could chose to start the LCQ and try to advance with a better starting spot or they could skip the LCQ and start at the tail of the field. Martin Truex Jr elected to start at the tail of the field.
