Mortal Kombat 11 has received a few, smaller updates since the Ultimate version launched last fall, which largely gave players time to further explore the new Kustom Variations and characters with Mileena, Rain and Rambo.
Former Injustice 2 EVO champion UYU|Rewind recently released his fully updated tier list for MK11 Ultimate and features only one bad character, who was comically given the ‘Dookie’ ranking.
As for the top of the mountain though, Cetrion has bounced around the top of the tier list since the game first released, and Rewind feels that her zoning game and damage make her the current best as MK11 approaches its two-year anniversary.
That’s followed by some other familiar faces as the best of the rest though number four interestingly goes to Fujin, a character who was regarded as decently strong at the release of Aftermath but didn’t get his full potential unlocked until Kustom Variations came into effect.
None of the new fighters are particularly high up though, as Rain is the closest to the summit at 19th in the ordered rankings. He’s still in the Great category at least while Mileena and Rambo are only Good or OK in Rewind’s eyes at the moment.
What may not be too surprising is that the one kombatant at the very bottom is Shao Kahn, as the longtime pro still doesn’t seem to believe the conqueror has the juice to contend with the range and mobility of the best of the cast… or much of anyone for that matter.
Kotal doesn’t seem to have that problem anymore though after his buffs, as he’s right below Sheeva, who just received some nerfs to her drops herself.
